Topic: “YOU ARE THE ARCHITECT OF YOUR OWN DAY”

Anchor Scripture: "Have you commanded the morning since your days began and caused the dawn to know its place so that light may get hold of the corners of the earth and shake the wicked out of it?" Job 38:12 KJV.

My elder brother once said, "Man is the architect of his own fortune or misfortune." Those words have stuck with me and continue to resonate deeply as I navigate life’s journey.

INTRODUCTION:

It is profoundly true that we are the architects of our own days. Each day is a precious gift from God, beautifully crafted with its unique set of challenges and opportunities. It is our responsibility to navigate these days wisely. The scriptures teach us that heavenly bodies communicate in the cosmos, with their voices echoing through our lives.

FREEWILL

The glorious truth is that God has imbued us with the free will to shape our day’s destiny. By rising before dawn, we can declare the course of our day, as Psalm 19 highlights. Job reminds us of our authority to command each day according to our desires. Participating in communal prayer elevates this practice, as the prophetic declarations made by our pastors possess the transformative power to change lives.

EXAMPLE OF PROPHETIC DECLARATION:

Just recently, a prophetic declaration was made to prevent potential bird strike incidents on planes. Astonishingly, the very next day, reports confirmed that such dangerous occurrences were averted, showcasing the impact of proactive prayer.

The scriptures inspire all who seek God to rise in the night to command their day, for while we rest, the enemy works to sow discord. Successful individuals actively engage in prayer and declarations, taking authority over their circumstances. By standing in the gap during the night and declaring our intentions through scriptural prayers, we can thwart the enemy’s plans.
