His love is as deep as the sea

Anchor Scripture:** Psalm 89:9 - “Thou ruled the raging of the sea; when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.”

Julie swung open the window of her cozy logging cabin, and a brisk morning breeze danced around her, playfully tousling her hair. With a steaming cup of coffee in one hand, she brushed back wayward strands, her gaze drifting toward the sparkling sea. The gentle waves shimmered in the early light, and she couldn't help but smile, whispering to herself, "Mighty waters."

What a joy it was to reflect on how Jesus had calmed the storm in her marriage! The love between her and her husband had been beautifully restored, reminding her of the boundless depths of God's love.

God's love is eternal, a faithful anchor passed down through generations. When we find ourselves in the midst of life's unexpected storms—be it health issues, the loss of cherished ones, wayward children, or betrayal by those we trust—it's so reassuring to know that Jesus is our healer. Just as He once calmed the raging sea, He is still working wonders in our lives today, bringing peace and hope.

Today's Joyful Assignment:Let’s invite Jesus to take charge of everything concerning us today, allowing His peace to take root in our hearts!

Prayers of Salvation:Lord, I come to You filled with hope and joy; I acknowledge my sins and seek Your forgiveness. Please wash my sins away and make me a joyful new creature in Jesus' mighty name. Amen!
