Christian Treasures Daily Devotions**

Topic:* CHANGE IN TIME

Anchor Scripture:“No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.” (2 Timothy 2:4)

Welcome to today’s joyful devotional teaching! May you be richly blessed as you read, in Jesus' name, amen! Did you know that the high-heeled shoes that many women adore today were originally designed for men? What a fun twist in fashion! Times change, and while we might chuckle at the thought of men strutting around in heels today, it’s a reminder of how trends come and go.

Just a little while ago, popular mobile phone brands made headlines as people did all sorts of things to get their hands on them, but many of those brands have faded into oblivion now. Just think of the excitement when Mark Zuckerberg announced in November 2024 that Android phones would be phased out! It’s a fast-paced world, and we, as Christians, must remember that we are soldiers called to stand firm amidst all these changes.

As our devotion reminds us, a soldier on the battlefield must stay focused and not get distracted, for their life depends on it! We are called to be transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2), learning to discern the times while keeping our hearts set on God's eternal truths. Let’s walk with wisdom, cherishing the things that bring joy not just to ourselves but to those around us.

TODAY’S LESSON: As we pursue the pleasant things this world has to offer, let’s keep our hearts anchored in the race we’ve been called to run!

REFLECTION: Take a joyous moment to reflect on what you truly need versus what you merely desire. Let’s invite the Lord to help us distinguish between the two.

PRAYERS:Dear Lord, fill our hearts with the spirit to cherish eternal treasures that bring lasting joy in Jesus’ name, amen!

Let’s embrace this beautiful journey together!
