Welcome! May you be blessed as you read this devotional. Amen.

Recently, social media highlighted CARLO ACUTIS, a remarkable young man and the first millennial to be beatified. He made a strong impact on his generation and accomplished significant things before age fifteen.
Carlo was born in 1991 to an Italian family. He had a deep faith and encouraged others. He was known as the “Cyber Apostle of the Eucharist.” He never missed daily Mass and saw the Eucharist as a way to connect with God.
HIS UNIQUE SKILL
Carlo created a website that shared stories of Eucharistic miracles from around the world. This made these events easy for everyone to access. He inspired young people by using his talents for his faith.
Carlo even helped convert his mother! He famously said, “All people are born as originals, but many die as photocopies.” He believed everyone has unique gifts and encouraged people to embrace their talents instead of copying others.
Sadly, Carlo died from a rare type of leukemia at just fifteen. Despite his illness, he remained positive and said, “I am happy to die because I lived my life not wasting even a minute on things that don't please God.” These words teach us a lot.
LESSONS FROM CARLOS ARCUTIS
1. He used his gifts for God’s kingdom.
2. He guided his peers and older people, including his mother, toward salvation.
3. He accepted his illness as part of God’s plan.
4. He never complained about God, even in difficult times.
5. He is seen as a guide for safe and holy internet use.
6. He lived with purpose.
We are not here forever. Life is a journey, and one day we will return to our Maker.
IN SUMMARY, what matters most is how we live our lives and how we help others find salvation. It doesn’t matter how great our gifts are if we don’t use them for God’s kingdom. Let us not waste our lives. God has blessed many of us; let’s also be a blessing by giving back.
Our anchor scripture reminds us that life on earth isn’t permanent. We should not get caught up in the trends of this world because they will pass. It is important to live wisely and remember that nothing lasts forever. Ecclesiastes 12:13 tells us our purpose is to follow God’s law.
REFLECTION : Let’s think about our relationship with God. May we use our gifts, resources, and acts of kindness to support His kingdom.
PRAYERS : Dear God, thank you for today’s teachings. Help us to number our days and remember that we are not here forever. In Jesus' name, amen.
