Topic: THE LONG LIFE EXPECTANCY

Anchor Scripture “They go from one strength to another; every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.” Psalm 84

Did you know that nearly 50,000 Americans tragically took their own lives in 2019? The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention revealed this heart-wrenching statistic, and many experts believe the true numbers could be even higher.

This stark reality underscores the importance of finding hope and strength, and it’s here that the connection between church attendance and a longer, healthier life shines bright! Let’s dive into the thrilling benefits of being part of a vibrant church community!

BENEFITS OF GOING TO CHURCH

FAITH: Imagine drawing strength directly from the words of God! In times of struggle, hearing uplifting prophetic messages from our pastors can reignite our faith when hope feels distant. It’s during these moments that we truly recognize the vital need for faith to power us through despair.

STRENGTH: Picture this: as our anchor scripture powerfully declares, we gather strength in the uplifting atmosphere of Mount Zion (the church)! When life feels heavy, it’s in worship and praise that we rejuvenate ourselves. We come together to reignite our spirits and harness a collective energy that propels us forward!

TESTIMONIES:The church is like a spiritual hospital overflowing with incredible stories of healing and transformation! There are countless accounts of individuals being set free from afflictions when medical science fell short—where God stepped in and performed miracles!

DECLARATIONS:These powerful testimonies spark our own breakthroughs! Each story carries the potential to inspire faith and ignite hope within us, reminding us that we are not alone in our struggles and that God is always working for our good.

BRETHREN: Let’s break the myth: the church isn’t just a gathering of people; it’s a sanctuary where we worship God in spirit and truth! The Bible encourages us not to forsake gatherings together, providing a safe haven for the vulnerable and a strong support system for one another.

CONCLUSION:

If you’ve stepped away from church due to past hurts, remember that finding your spiritual home is crucial! You deserve a loving and supportive community.

Even the Bible recognizes that betrayal can happen within the church—just look at Judas Iscariot, who was part of the inner circle! So, I pose this question to you: When was the last time you experienced the joy of attending a church service?

PRAYERS:

Oh Lord, grant us the grace to serve You with unwavering steadfastness and empower us to remain in Your glorious presence, in Jesus’ name, amen!
