Anchor Scripture: “But without faith, it is impossible to please him: For he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6 KJV

Many people struggle to understand the remarkable journeys of today’s great men of God. Even fellow believers sometimes misunderstand and criticize them, labeling them as “scammers” or “merchants of prosperity.” However, the true distinction lies in the “level of their faith” in God and His promises.

THE LIVING FAITH EXAMPLE

Consider the inspiring story of Bishop David Oyedepo, the founder of the Living Faith Church. In the ‘80s, he discovered a life-transforming book by Kenneth Copeland, founder of Believers Voice in Texas. This book, “The Believers Voice,” opened his eyes to the truth that we have no business with poverty, for Jesus took on our lack and granted us His riches. While he had encountered this truth in the Bible before, the book provided a deeper understanding.

Bishop Oyedepo dedicated himself to engaging in prayer and fasting with great anticipation. His journey is a powerful reminder that faith leads us to extraordinary experiences as we draw closer to God’s incredible plans. Let us embrace the blessings that come from unwavering faith and inspire one another to seek Him diligently!

According to Forbes, he is the richest pastor in Nigeria with a net worth of over US$150 million; he is also sometimes considered the world's richest pastor.

THE GLORY DOME EXAMPLE

Similarly, one of his Spiritual Sons, Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche.( Dunamis International Gospel Church) .who is the Senior Pastor of my church says. The Glory Dome, where many nations stream from during live services and even on the ground on Sunday morning from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, etc, took faith to Established. According to him, when the estimated costs came, if they had to depend on the monthly flow that came into the church, they could wait forever. But today, it is a magnificent building of about 4 sizes of football fields situated majestically at the nation's capital.

Space and time will not permit me to talk about others like The Revered General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Adeboye Enoch, Dr Pastor William Kumuyi of the Deeper Life Church who was invited to the (inauguration of the president of The United States,”. Donald Trump) Dr. Pastor Chris Oyahkilomen,(The Believers World).etc

All these people use Faith as the currency to buy what they want in the kingdom.

REFLECTION: Let's take a cue from these people of God and learn how to believe God's and his words to better our lots.
